Joseph Daly, US Marine Corps Veteran. Springfield Township Police Department. Daly served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He has over 50 years of law enforcement experience rising through the ranks starting as a patrolman and working his way up to Chief of the Lower Merion Police Department in 1994. In 2009 he became Chief of Police in Springfield Township Delaware County.
