GIVE A GIFT OF EVERLASTING IMPACT

WHO WE ARE

Delaware County Veterans Memorial Association strives to pay tribute to the service and sacrifices of the brave men and women of our armed forces. The Memorial serves as a place to learn about war and conflict in U.S. history; a place to reflect upon bravery and sacrifice; and a place to honor those who serve to defend our rights – yesterday, today and tomorrow.

OUR VISION

That the Memorial evolves into a living historical monument growing in tandem with American history.

WHY IT MATTERS

Future wars and conflicts are inevitable and history will never stop writing itself. It is imperative to have the financial strength and flexibility needed to preserve our current history while growing alongside it. Having an ever-evolving Memorial ensures a long-term impact by providing a space that nurtures continuous military education and remembers Veterans for generations to come.

DELAWARE COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT PRIORITIES

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

The project design offers a variety of exciting naming opportunities on both existing structures and future additions to permanently commemorate your support at the Memorial. We are hopeful that you will choose to become a significant part of this community legacy. Freedom is not free. Together we can make a difference.

OPERATING FUND

We invite you to partner with us on this endeavor for the operations and maintenance in order to keep the Memorial open to visitors 365 days a year. 100% of your donation will go to the upkeep of the Memorial.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

The educational component will blend the historical information engraved on the Memorial with electronic kiosks, programmed with videos and carefully prepared historical content, that will be dynamically presented. Along with this, the Memorial will work with local Veterans as trained guides who will conduct workshops, and age related discussions for school children and other groups.
